What’s the difference between buying a lot and a spec home?
A lot gives you the flexibility to bring your own builder and design your home from the ground up. A spec home is already built (or nearly finished), so you can move in sooner, with less planning.
Are the lots ready to build on?
We don’t sell dirt that isn’t ready. Roads are in, utilities are hooked up – you can start building without risk of delay.
Can I bring my own builder?
Absolutely. Bring whoever you trust. And if you don’t have someone in mind, we can point you toward good folks we know get the job done right. (Our preferred builder is Hycraft Homes.)
Do you offer financing?
We’re not a bank, but we work with plenty of lenders who know our projects and make the process smooth. We’ll be glad to steer you their way.
